Installation mode
1 Preparing for Installation
Site checking: Check the flatness of the ground and the type of soil (anchor screws or concrete foundations are recommended).
If concrete bases are used: pour concrete piers with a depth of at least 80cm and insert support base bolts.
If using anchor screws (recommended) : Screw the screws into the ground to the design depth (usually 1.2-2m).
Support assembly:
Fix the C-shaped steel column vertically on the foundation and tighten it with bolts.
Install transverse support beams and diagonal braces to make sure the Solar panel ground mount rack structure is level (calibrate using a level).
Install solar panels:
The solar ground panels are placed on the beam and fixed with aluminum alloy clamping fixture to ensure uniform spacing (recommended spacing ≥10cm for heat dissipation).
Grounding and inspection:
Connect the ground cable to the support system and test resistance (≤5Ω).
Complete inspection of bolt tightness and structural stability.
