Railless Solar Racking

The railless solar racking is the trend. It consists of a set of rail brackets, EPDM rubber and screws, which can directly fix solar panels to the sloped roof without using rails.

Rail-Less Mounting System is the most economical choice among the pitched roof options as it saves on the material cost of the racking system while providing operability as the solar panels can be placed in landscape or portrait position without affecting the overall system (as long as the tilt and orientation are the same)

Normally the length of Base mounting clip is 100-400mm per piece, it depends on the wave distance of the roofs.  Any other lengths could be flexible customized

The system contains four components:

Base mounting clip, Self-tapping screws, End clamp, Mid clamp

3. Do I need to order EPDM pad separately?

We have including EPDM pad for each rail less mounting clamp, so you don’t need to purchase it separately. Feel free to contact us if you have any other specialized request.

4. What is the lead time

For Railless solar racking, 2-3 weeks for regular orders. Customized orders will depend on the quantity and agreement.
